Ready-to-Wear Pieces
Ready-to-wear orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Made-to-order garments require additional production time. Estimated production timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Please note that production timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation of shipment where applicable.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier service used. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, Ósè The Label cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Ósè The Label is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and item.
Ownership and Risk
Responsibility for the order passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
